Chia Seed Blueberry Pudding

Ingredients(Serves 1-2):

✅ 3 tbsp chia seeds
✅ 1 cup oat drink (or any plant-based milk)
✅ 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
✅ 1 tbsp Nordic Powerberries Organic Blueberry Powder
✅ ½ cup chopped strawberries
✅ ½ banana, chopped
✅ 2 tbsp granola
✅ ½ cup natural yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

Instructions:

  • Prepare the Chia Pudding: In a bowl, combine the chia seeds and oat drink. Stir well and let it sit for a minute.
  • Sweeten & Add Superfoods: Add honey and Nordic Powerberries Organic Blueberry Powder. Stir until fully mixed.
  • Incorporate Fruits & Crunch: Gently fold in the chopped strawberriesbanana, and granola. Mix everything together.
  • Layer the Pudding: Take a serving glass or jar. Add a few spoonfuls of natural yogurt to the bottom, then carefully layer the chia pudding mixture on top without stirring.
  • Refrigerate Overnight: Cover and place the pudding in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to expand and create a thick, creamy texture.
