Delivery Terms
When placing an order, we will calculate delivery dates based on the availability of your selected products and the selected delivery options. Depending on the selected delivery service provider, delivery date estimates may appear on the delivery price list page.
We provide delivery in Latvia and abroad. We use Couriers to ensure delivery. We ship abroad via Courier Services. Products are shipped within 1-3 business days.
Please note that orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays of the Republic of Latvia. Shipping during sales and for products with special prices may take up to 5 business days. If delivery is required urgently, please inform us about this by writing to the order.
The order will be delivered to the address you specified when placing the order on the website. If the delivery is delayed due to force majeure or circumstances caused by third parties, you will be informed of the delivery delay by receiving an informational e-mail.
We will inform you by e-mail or phone when the order is ready for shipment. In rare cases, when the jewelry needs to be made and it is not on site, delivery may take up to 14 business days.
Delivery methods:
Shipments will be delivered to your nearest parcel post.(Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia)
Delivery price: 4Eur and 12Eur Express courier. Delivery time: within 2-5 business days after the order is sent
Delivery abroad with Courier Service providers
Delivery time: within 14 – 30 business days after the order is sent.
Return Policy
If you have placed an order on the Nordicpowerberries website, but want to cancel the order, you must immediately inform us in writing to info@nordicpowerberries.com If the order has already been sent, the Return Policy comes into effect. The amount paid for the delivery and return of the goods is not refundable. However, if the order has not yet been shipped, you will be refunded the full amount paid within 10 (ten) business days from the moment we contact you and confirm that we have received your request to cancel the order.
You can return new, unopened goods within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received the wrong or damaged item, etc.).
You are expected to receive your refund within four weeks of the package being handed over to the return sender, however, in many cases you will receive your refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your shipment from the sender (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return request after receiving it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order via the My Account section. You can also contact us at info@nordicpowerberries.com . Once we have received and processed your returned item, we will notify you of your refund via email.
